Fleming Family & Partners' heritage is the investment business of Robert Fleming which was founded in 1873. Fleming Family & Partners (FF&P) is an independent, privately-owned investment house with offices located in London, Zurich, Liechtenstein and Moscow.
FF&P was founded in August 2000 following the sale of Robert Fleming & Co. in which the family was the largest shareholder, to JP Morgan Chase Manhattan. Currently FF&P has a number of companies that work closely together to offer a complete range of financial and investment services, including asset management, trustee and advisory services. The establishment of the firm marked a new chapter in the Fleming family's history of successful investment management and the creation of value for its clients and shareholders.
The Fleming family has had operations in Russia since 1992. In December 2008 FF&P launched an asset management business in Russia by acquiring 100% of the shares of DWS Investment Ltd from Deutsche Bank. The company was named Fleming Family & Partners Asset Management.
